Crust:
1 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1/2 c. softened butter

1st Layer:
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 8 oz. Cool Whip

2nd Layer:
Mix 2 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
2 1/4 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Crust: mix and spread thin in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 min. at 350º, cool.
1st layer: mix and spread over cooled crust.
2nd layer: Mix. pudding and milk and spread over 1st layer.
Top with Cook Whip and refrigerate several hours.
