1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (3 or 4)
1/3 c. water
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Grease BOTTOM of pan.
Combine sugar and butter, add eggs. Add bananas and water at beat 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moist. Bake 55-60 minutes for 9" loaf. Bake 40 minutes for smaller loaves.
