1 c crushed pineapple, drained
1 c marshmallows
1 c shredded coconut
1 c sour cream or yogurt

Mix all ingredients in serving bowl and refrigerate overnight.

If using yogurt it is best to put in before serving or it gets too runny.

Both my mom and my mother in law made this salad. You can drink the drained juice as PM1 would do or save for another use.
This is my favorite. I have had it many times for breakfast.It always reminds me of holidays with my mom.
