Deviled Butt Nuggets Recipe

2 dozen fresh eggs
(butt nuggets)
Frenches yellow mustard
Salt and pepper

Hard boil eggs and cool.
Peel and halve the eggs.

Scoop the yolks into a bowl.
Add enough mayonnaise and mustard in a 3:1 ratio to make a creamy mix.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Make a piping bag by putting the yolk mix into a baggie and snipping a corner off.
Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mix.
Sprinkle with paprika and arrange on a platter.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Reserve only the intact white halves for filling.
Don't add any broken whites to the yolk mixture.
