"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
This recipe came from one of Stephanie's favourite cookbooks. She says "I literally put this on everything!!" Steph is truly a chef at heart and loves to try new things. She made me toast topped with avocado, hummus and 9-spice sprinkled on top and now I am also a fan!
