1# ground beef, browned and drained
2 cans corn, undrained
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 can black beans, undrained
1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 16 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Jyl's variations: onions, garlic, celery, carrots, green, yellow, red, orange peppers

Saute chopped vegies with meat. Put with all other ingredients in large pot or crock pot and simmer at least 2 hours.

Omit ground beef for vegetarian soup.

Garnish with toppings as desired: possibilities include tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, olives...

Quick and very easy make ahead soup. Serve with toppings for individuals to add at the table.
