24 tomatoes
1 cup sugar
1 sweet green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 Tblsp black pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
2 Tblsp salt
6 apples, peeled and diced
1/2 cup Jalapeno Peppers, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Puree the tomatoes in a food blender or food processor, add the remaining ingredients in a large Dutch oven or stock pot. Cook on low for 1 1/2-2 hours.
