3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 cup oil
Three large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
For the delay;
2 2/3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons melted butter
Powdered sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line the bottom up to 9 inch love begins with a piece of parchment paper or wax paper. Spray the sides of the pan lightly with cooking spray.
Mixed together flowers, salt, baking powder, and poppy seeds. In a separate bowl mix together the sugar, milk, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, oil, and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Divide batter evenly between the prepared pan’s.
Bake for 12:45 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center the love comes out clean. Cool for five minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
For the glaze;
Mix lemon juice melted butter together. I had enough powdered sugar to make a glaze. Poke a few small holes in the top of the Lowe’s in Josie with glaze over it.
