1 lg round bread loaf
2 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3 6 ½ oz cans chopped clams
2 tbsp green onion
2 tbsp beer
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and hollow loaf (1 ½ “to 2”). Drain clams and reserve ¼ c juice. Add all ingredients except parsley to cream cheese. Pour clam mix into shell. Cover with bread top. Wrap in foil and bake at 250° for 3 hours. Remove top. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with Pepperidge farm pumpernickel.

For large loaf, add 8 oz more cream cheese and a little more of other ingredients.
