2 10 oz cans mild enchilada sauce, divided
2 c chopped cooked chicken, not too fine (3 sm breasts)
½ c sour cream, heaping
2 4 oz cans chopped green chilies, undrained
1/3 c chopped green onions
¼ tsp salt
2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
10 6” flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Pour 1 can sauce in 13”x9”x2” baking pan. In large bowl combine chicken, sour cream, chilies, onions and salt. Stir in 1 c cheese. Spoon about 1/3 c (level) of chicken mixture down middle of each tortilla. Roll up tortillas and place seam side down in prepared baking dish. Pour remaining can of sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or til cheese is melted and enchiladas are heated through.
