3 oz cocoa butter
2 oz good quality unsweetened chocolate
1/2c powdered erythritol
2/3c dark cocoa powder, sifted
pinch salt.

Directions:
In a double boiler, melt and mix cocoa butter and chocolate until smooth. Stir in powdered erythritol, salt, then sift in cocoa powder. Remove from heat. Spread into chocolate chip molds if desired, or other molds, or drop onto parchment paper, or dip almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.

2 Tbsp = 3.6g carb, 1.8g fiber (1.8g net carb
