2 lb. bag of frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated onion
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes
Heat cream of chicken soup and butter
Mix in cheese, sour cream, onion, salt, and pepper
Pour over potatoes and mix together
Bake at 350ºF for 45-60 minutes
