2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1 C grated onion with juice
1/4 C Tequila
1 C Prickly Pear Syrup or more per taste
Agave Syr to tast if not using Prickly Pear
Crushed Chili Peppers (Chiltepein or other dried chiles to taste
2 Limes juiced

1. Heat Oil in heavy pot over medium-high heat and add Onion and onion juice if any, cook stirring often until Onion begins to brown. Add the dried chilies and then the Tequila, then the Prickly Pear Syrup and let boil down to half volume and add a little Salt
2 Turn heat to low and let simmer for flavors to meld about 15 minutes. Add Lime Juice then buzz sauce in blender to mix onions. Taste for need of additional salt seasoning and put back on stove to cook down to a glaze.
3. Grill with hot temperature applying glaze over meat grill for about 3 to 5 minutes then turn meat about every 1 to 2 minutes applying glaze. (Cooking Time based on small Birds) Heavier Birds, Chickens or meat additional cooking time required)
