2 cups cooked chicken cut into chunks (boil chicken breast in broth)
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 (8-oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (8-oz) can water chestnuts, sliced
½ lb green grapes, sliced
1 tsp curry powder
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp soy sauce

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, almonds, pineapple, water chestnuts, and green grapes.
2. In a small bowl, combine curry powder, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and soy sauce.
3. Combine both mixtures in the large bowl.
