1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground ham
2 eggs
1 c milk
1 c bread crumbs (crackers)
Salt & pepper to taste

Sauce
2 c tomato sauce
3 c brown sugar
3 tsp dry mustard
c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and shape about 10 small loaves. Bake covered 20 minutes; drain. Mix sauce and pour over loaves. Bake covered 40 minutes. Uncover and turn over; bake another 30 minutes.

If you double loaf ingredients, only increase sauce by half.
