1/4 cup olive oil, lemon juice, water
1 large garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb pound fresh mushrooms
1 red or green pepper sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and pour over mushrooms and pepper slices. Store in refrigerator at least 3 hours. Drain and serve with parsley sprigs as garnish.
