1 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
5 eggs
1/2 tbsp baking powder
3/4 tbsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 1/4 vup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
4 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 lemon grated
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs, whip whites until stiff. Mix oil with honey, molasses and egg yolks. Mix all dry ingredients in another bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly. Fold in egg whites. Bake in greased 9x12 pan at 325º for 45 minutes.
