2 C graham cracker crumbs
3 sticks butter
1 (8 oz) pkg creme cheese, softened
3½ C powdered sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, in its own juice, drained
1 (12 oz) Cool Whip
½ C chopped nuts
coconut (for garnishing)
1 bottle of maraschino cherries with stems

Directions:
Directions:
• Pour graham cracker crumbs into a 9 x 13 pan.
• Pour 1 stick of melted butter on crumbs and pack well with your palm.
• Mix softened creme cheese with 2 sticks of softened butter.
• Add 2 eggs and mix well by hand for 15 minutes.
• Add 2 C sifted powdered sugar. Mix well.
• Pour over crumbs.
• On top of crumbs, place sliced bananas.
• Over bananas, pour pineapple mixture.
• Fold 1½ C sifted powdered sugar into Cool Whip and place on top of pineapple.
• Sprinkle top with chopped nuts and coconut.
• Cut into squares and place maraschino cherry on top of each square.

Yields: 24 servings. It is rich so cut small pieces.

As a teen I went with many other Young Life students to Kaleo Lodge Retreat Center in east Texas for Christian retreats on the weekends. This is the dessert that they often served. It is amazing!
