Caesar Salad Recipe

4 garlic cloves - crushed
2 eggs
4 Tbsp olive oil
5 drops Worcestershire sauce
5 drops Tabasco sauce
1-2 tsp lemon juice
1-2 tsp anchovy paste

1-2 sweet bell peppers
4 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb bacon

Wash the lettuce and tear into pieces.
Chop peppers into bite size chunks.
Cut bacon into small pieces and fry - drain off excess fat and cool.

Whisk together the sauce ingredients and set aside.

Toss the lettuce, peppers and bacon together.
Add dressing and cheese when you are ready to serve.
