2-3 chicken breast
8oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stick butter
1/2 stick butter
ritz crackers
poppy seeds
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breast (save 1/2 cup of boiling water to add to soup mixture). Dice cooked chicken. In a large bowl, melt butter add sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, salt and pepper to taste and 2 tbs poppy seeds (more poppy seeds if desired). Stir in chicken. Pour into baking dish and cook covered at 350º for about 45 min or until bubbly. In a ziploc bag put a sleeve of ritz crackers and smash. Melt a l/2 stick butter and pour over crackers in ziploc and shake. Place crackers on top of dish and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Return to oven uncovered and bake until crackers are golden brown.
