2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1 tbs salt
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
2 eggs
8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix boiling water, 1/2 cup sugar, butter and salt. Cool in large mixing bowl. Dissolve yeast in warm water and 1 tsp sugar. Beat eggs and add to cooled mixture. Add dissolved yeast to mixture. Add 4 cups flour and stir well. Add 4 more cups flour (2 cups at a time works best). Place in greased bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 1 week. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in greased pan and let rise for 3 hours. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
