1 pound Odom's Tennessee Pride® Mild Country Sausage (Hot is good, too, if you like Spicy!)

2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1-1/2 cups Bisquick original baking mix

1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine sausage and cheese in large mixing bowl.

2. Blend in baking mix with hands until well mixed.

3. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.

4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
