1 pkg Oreo cookies, crushed - 1 stick butter, melted
2 pkgs instant pistachio pudding - 1 1/2 cups milk
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened, not runny - 1 (16 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreo cookies in food processor, reserve a little crumbs for top garnish, place crumbs in medium bowl, add melted butter, mix well. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 glass baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk pudding & milk till combined & begins to thicken, add softened ice cream, stir well. Pour over crust, cover & refrigerate till set. Top with thawed Cool Whip & garnish with reserved crushed Oreo cookies.
