1 box Chicken Broth (32oz.)
1 rotisserie chicken, cut into large chunks
5 carrots, diced
2-3 potatoes, diced
½ tsp. curry powder (to taste)
5 celery stalks, diced
1 jar pearl onions, optional
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cups milk
1 cup frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
In large, saucepan, cook broth, potatoes, carrots and curry powder till vegetables are semi soft (15-20 mins). Add chicken chunks, carrots, celery and onion. Simmer for 15 mins. Add soup and peas to mixture and stir till smooth. In a separate mixing bowl, stir 2 cups of Bisquick and 2/3 cup milk until soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling chicken stew. Reduce heat; cook uncovered for 12 mins, basting dumplings with hot stew mixture. Enjoy!
