1 Smoked bone in ham. I purchased the Fricks 8lb non smoked. That is what was at the store.
1C Honey
1/4C Whole grain mustard
1/4C Packed dark brown sugar (mine was light)
4Tbl Salted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350. Bake on lower 3rd rack. Trim excess fat leaving 1/4" layer all over. Set ham aside to rest at room temp. for 30 min. Line baking sheet (I used my roaster) with aluminum foil. Put ham cut side down on baking sheet. cover parchment paper and then foil. Bake 45-60 min. melt med. low heat sauce ingredients until dissolved. cool to luke warm consistency of room temp. Increase oven temp to 425 Open up foil and discard parchment paper. Score ham 1" wide both ways. don't cut more that a 1/4"deep over entire ham. Brush ham with quarter of the glaze (about 1/3 C)return to oven 15 min. repeat until all the glaze is gone and ham is dark golden brown crust has formed. 55-60 min. total. Let ham rest 20-30 min. before slicing.
