2-3lb Bonless Beef Chuck
Salt and Pepper
Large can of chicken Broth or enough to cover roast in a roaster.
Potatoes
Carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Put Roast in a roasting pan.
Salt and pepper to your taste
cover with chicken broth
cover and bake at 325 for 6-8 hours or until it falls apart.
Add quartered potatoes and carrots the last 45-60 min. Salt and pepper those as well.
