Ingredients:  
Beef Roast (I like to use one with some fat on it) Rump usually
depending on size sometimes I double the amount of liquid and seasoning so I can cover the roast.
1 packet Au Ju
1 packet of Italian seasoning ( I like zesty)
1 can of Beef Broth
1 can of water
1 package of Hoagie or sturdy bun for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in crock pot on low all day or High for 4-6 hours.
Shred the meat with a couple of forks and add a little juice to shredded meat for added flavor.
Reserve juice for dipping French dips
Put beef on buns and serve with juice
This is great cold for a sandwich with mayo the next day!
