Veal Recipe

3 tbsp butter
c corn flake crumbs
c Parmesan cheese
tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 2 lb veal cutlets (can substitute pork)
2 eggs, slightly beaten

8 oz tomato sauce
tsp oregano
tsp sugar
Dash onion salt
1 slice mozzarella for each cutlet

Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Combine flakes, cheese, salt and pepper. Dip cutlets in beaten egg and then crumb mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Turn meat and bake another 15-20 minutes. Combine sauce ingredients and heat just to boilig. Pour over meat and cover with cheese. Bake 3 minutes more.
