1 c brown sugar, packed
1 c chopped nuts
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 c flour
1 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 4 oz pkg instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 c water
c cooking oil
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon; set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour1/3 of batter into greased 13x9 pan; sprinkle with 1/3 of brown sugar mixture. Pour remaining batter over brown sugar.; sprinkle with remaining brown sugar. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes.
