Ingredients:  
16 oz box of lasagna noodles, cooked and drained.

6 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb hamburger

small can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp Graziano's Italian seasoning OR basil and oregano

1/2 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 lb ricotta
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the hamburger, onion and garlic until browned.

Add the tomatoes and seasonings. Feel free to add more spices as you like.

In another bowl, mix together the cheeses.

Layer the noodles, hamburger, and cheeses in a greased 9x13 baking dish. You should be able to make 3 layers.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
