1 can cream of potato soup
1/2C Melted Margarine ( I like 1/4C instead)
1/2C Milk
Cubed or cut up ham (I make a whole ham and then freeze it in small packages for this casserole, I is so much better) or you can us the 12oz packaged cubed ham.
Salt and pepper to taste (I use about 1/2stsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper)
1 1/2C Shredded mild cheddar Cheese (don't use too much or it gets soupy)

Directions:
Mix everything together and bake in a greased 9x13 casserole covered for 1 hour and then uncover and bake another 20 min. or so until brown and bubbly around the edges. Can easily be made the night before and refrigerated for the next dinner or supper.
