1 - medium head iceberg lettuce
½ - cup thinly sliced green onion
1 - cup thinly sliced green onion
8 - oz. sliced water chestnuts
10 - oz. frozen peas
3 - hard boiled eggs
2 - chopped tomatoes
crisp fried bacon

DRESSING
2 - cups mayonnaise
2 - tsp. sugar
¼ - cup grated parmesan cheese
1 - tsp. seasoned salt
¼ - tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

Mix dressing and let sit to blend flavors.

Shred lettuce and place in the bottom shallow of a 4 quart serving bowl. Top with green onions, celery, water chestnuts, and peas. Spread on dressing. Cover and chill for up to 24 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with eggs, bacon, and tomatoes.
