1 ½ cup Rice (before cooking)
1 pound Hamburger
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
¼ - ½ cup Marinara Sauce
2 cups Grated Romano Cheese
2 Eggs - beaten
Italian Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Let cool.

Sauté hamburger with garlic powder. Let cool

Mix hamburger with rice, sauce and cheese. Form into balls, about the size of baseball. Not TOO big!

Place on baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 min or so. They need to firm up.

Roll each ball in egg and then in bread crumbs.

Return to baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350ºF.

Serve with hot marinara sauce on top.
