1 T instant minced onion
c milk
1 pound of ground beef
⅔ c quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
1 t salt
t pepper
t dill weed
⅛ t garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
1 can (10 oz) condensed golden mushroom soup
c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onion and milk and set aside.
Mix ground beef, oats, salt, pepper, dill weed, garlic powder, egg and onion milk mixture together.
Shape to form 24 meatballs. Place in a shallow 10 inch casserole dish. Spoon soup over meatballs.
Bake covered @ 350 for approximately 35 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Uncover, blend in sour cream. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
