Brownies

1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 egg replacer eggs (I used bob mills egg replacer)
1/4 cup plain almond yogurt (or any plain plant based yogurt)
3 tbsp light olive oil
zest of 2 lemons
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Glaze

1 cup powdered sugar
zest of 1 lemon
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.Grease a 8 x 8 square pan.Mix all ingredients in a bowl .Pour into pan.Bake for 20 min. and let cool.Mix the glaze and pour over the brownies ,Put in frig. and chill about a hour before serving.Store in the frig.
