2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion chopped
1 carrot chopped
3 cloves garlic finely diced
2 tbsp fresh basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp red pepper
2 tbsp braggs liquid aminos
1 6 oz tomato paste
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 28 oz can crushes tomatoes
1 pinch baking soda
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
1 cup water
1 tbsp better than bouillon no beef base
1 pk soy crumbles
1 pk favorite noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil up, saute the onion ,carrot and garlic until onion is translucent. Add all ingredients to a large soup pot .Simmer on med heat for 1 hour.Serve over your favorite pasta.
