3 Scallions (white and green parts)
C Basil Leaves (lightly packed)
2 T Lemon Juice
1 T Dijon Mustard
1 T Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic (1 tsp minced garlic)
2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Pepper

1 C Mayonnaise
C Sour Cream (or Plain Greek Yogurt)
C Butter Milk

In a Food Processor, Grind The Scallions through the Pepper.

Add Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, and Buttermilk
