2 - 8 ounce pkgs Cream Cheese
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Vanilla Wafer Cookies
Pie Filling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF

Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. add vanilla and beat well.

Line cupcake tins with liners and place a vanilla wafer into each.

Add batter, fill cupcake tins to about 1/2 full.

Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool.

Top each with pie filling.
