Fruit Cristarta Recipe

1 stick Butter, melted
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 can Cherry Pie Filling


Beat eggs, add sugar and mix well. Add margarine and lemon. Add flour, the batter will be stiff.

Grease 13"x9" pan. Pour batter into the pan.

Starting from the center and working out, add cherries by teaspoon so they do not sink.

Put into COLD oven.

Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.

Turn oven down to 350F and continue baking for 25 minutes.

Check with a toothpick after 20 minutes.
