2 sticks butter rum temp
1/2 C Granulated Sugar
2 - 2 1/2 C Flour (All Purpose)
1 T Vanilla Extract
1 C Chopped Pecans
1 C Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Cream butter and granulated sugar.

Add flour and mix well (use a fork-will be stiff crumbly dough)

Add vanilla and pecans mix well.

Using your hands form dough into 1 inch balls.

Bake 13-15 minutes

Note: If dough is too crumbly you can add 1-2t water. But you want to be able to form dough with your hands.
