"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box (6 ounce) of Jell-O gelatin, strawberry
1 box (6 ounce) of Jell-O gelatin, lime
1 can (26 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
unflavored gelatin (2 packets)
some vegetable oil to grease the molds for optimal unmolding.

Directions:
Directions:
For each gelatin flavor, follow the manufacturers directions. Pour the Jell-O into 2 foil disposable pans (grease it for better unmolding) and chill (overnight is best, but 3 hours is enough).

After chilling the two flavors, cut them into small blocks and mix them.

Lightly oil a bundt mold, place the mixed blocks in it.

In a separate bowl, place unflavored gelatin into 1 cup of cold water. After the gelatin blooms (5 minutes), add 1 cup of boiling water and dissolved. Add condensed milk, stir and cook for at least 15 minutes.

Poor cold milk mixture over the Jell-O and chill overnight. Unmold and enjoy!
