1 1/2 to 2 pounds gr.meat
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp oragano
1/8 tsp comino
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4 or 5 red chili pods boiled and blended til smooth
1 1/2 T. flour
water
corn tortillas
another 1/2 onion chopped
shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown gr. meat
Add med. chopped onion
Add garlic, oragano, comino,salt, pepper
Cook stiring often , when meat and onion done ,add water to cover simmer.
In a small bowl combine flour, chili sauce, and small amount of water mix well.
Add to meat mixture. Should thicken a little .
Simmer 1 hr. adding water when needed.

Put together in flat wide bowls.
Soak tortilla in meat mixture.
Place in bowl sprinkle onion , cheese on top add small amount of meat mixture.
Repeat 2 more times.
Top with onion, cheese and sauce

You can add a fried egg to the top if wanted
Place all tortillas flat in bowl when combining.

Serve with tortilla chips or hot buttered flour tortillas.
