2 12 oz pkg frozen hot pork sausage, thawed
1 2 lb pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded good
c minced onion
2 c milk
2 8 oz pkg shredded Colby-Jack cheese, divided
tsp salt
6 eggs, slightly beaten
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 glass baking dish. In medium skillet, brown sausage; drain. In large bowl, combine sausage, potatoes, onion, milk, 3 c cheese, salt and eggs. Pour into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight. Bake at 350, uncovered, til knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes, covered. Cut into squares and serve warm with salsa.
