1 lean beef roast, 3-4 lbs.
½ c. soy sauce or Colony sauce
beef bullion, to taste
1 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. garlic powder
Hard rolls or French Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Remove all fat from roast. Place in slow cooker. Combine soy sauce, bullion, and spices; pour over roast. Add water to almost cover.

Cover and cook on low10-12 hours or until meat is very tender.

Remove meat from broth; shred meat with a fork. Serve on rolls or bread with au jus.
