20 oz can chunk pineapple
1/3 C. water
3 T. vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
1/2 C. brown sugar
3 T. cornstarch
one batch of 30 meatballs
one large green pepper cut into one inch pieces
hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving juice, set pineapple aside. Add water to juice if needed to measure one cup and pour into large skillet. Add 1/3 C. water , vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat until thick stirring constantly. Add pineapple, meatballs, and green pepper. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve over rice.
