You will need 2 to 3 cups of left over roast beef
and 1 to 1 1/2 cups of brown gravy also left over from the roast.
peel and cube 3 to 4 red potatoes.
Salt, pepper, and sage to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast beef, gravy. and potatoes in a skillet.
Cook and stir adding only enough water at a time
to keep mixture from sticking. Cook till potatoes are
tender.
Season lightly with salt, pepper and sage.

Serve immediately over toast.
