6 medium green peppers, tops cut off and seeds removed: boiled in water 5 minutes to soften
1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
1/3 cup chopped onion saluted till lightly browned.
1/2 cup cooked long grain rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

16 ounce can of tomato sauce

4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stand prepared green pepper cups in a greased 8 X 8 pan.

Prepare meat mixture by combining cooked ground beef, onion, rice, 1 cup of tomato sauce, cheese,
salt and pepper. Stir well and place in peppers.

Bake 350º 20 to 25 minutes

Let set 5 minutes and serve.
