1 pound crystallized cherries
1 pound crystallized pineapple
7 cups nuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
3 eggs
2 sticks margarine
3 cups plain flour
2 tablespoons sherry flavoring
1/2 cup sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, sherry and flavoring alternately with flour, soda and cinnamon.
Add nuts and fruit. Drop from a small spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 300 for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
