Ingredients:  
16 ounces fresh cranberries (these can be frozen whole berries) washed, looked and chopped finely with a food processor
2 apples peeled and chopped
2 oranges juiced
1 cup toasted black walnuts (toast in oven at 300 degrees 10 minutes cool completely)
2 boxes (3 ounces each) cherry jello
1 1/2 cups hot water (just off boil)
1 1/2 cups cold water (chill with ice and then measure)
2 cups sugar

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add sugar and stir till until well mixed.
Next stir cold water, fruits and nuts.
Chill in Fridge overnight.
