4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp raw honey
2 tsp olive oil
1 small chopped tomato
1/2 C cooked brown rice
1 C steamed brussel sprouts
Sprinkle of crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in a small fry pan over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
Mix the vinegar, honey and peppers in a small bowl.
Add the mixture to the pan along with the chopped tomato.

Turn the chicken in the sauce to coat and cook until it is done.

Serve with rice and Brussels sprouts.
